Gravel rides usually take place on a Sunday morning, but occassionally on a Saturday morning.
If we are riding locally we meet outside Go Ape at Birches Valley for 9:30am. This allows time to park at the Mansfield in Rugeley for free and cycle up the Heritage Trail to arrive by 9:30am.
We ride with no set distance and a focus of just enjoying the ride. The pace is adjusted to suit the group and always at a pace to allow conversations.
The last weekend of the month we will drive to a location and enjoy the gravel in a different area. For these rides we meet at the Mansfield and car share. Because of the distance we usually meet earlier and aim to be back by late afternoon.
