When putting rides together we will take everyone opinions and thoughts into account. On multi day rides it is important that everyone enjoys the ride and we all finish with a sense of achievment.
| What a multi day ride is: | What a multi day ride is NOT: |
| a steady pace with plenty of stops | fast paced controlled by average speed, cadence or watts |
| waiting for everyone regulary | dropping people off the back |
| coffee, beer, cake and photos | racing off the front |
| upto 50 miles a day depending on terrain |
| Duration Options | Accomodation Options |
| 1 day | bivvy bag |
| 2 days | tent/tarp |
| 3 days | hostel |
| 4 days | bed & breakfast |
| 5 days | hotel |
| 5+ days | mixture of above |
A lot depends on what we are doing. If we are riding a fully packed bike because we are wild camping then your bike will weigh significantly more than usual. So a slower more relaxed pace is required.
If we are in a hostel then the set up is slightly lighter and a bit more distance can be achieved a long with a better nights sleep.
One up from this is a hotel but the bike stays the same weight unless we have a support vehicle that carries our kit allowing us to travel further and lighter. But even with this the ride will still be relaxed and fun.
If this is outside what you are looking for then the best thing to do is organise your own ride. We would be happy to help you organise things if this is the case.
